Showcase your property

The Apartment Bridge is a great way to develop a community among your residents and communicate necessary information about your property. On the front of every apartment newsletter, we will display your apartment property logo in full color. In addition, we have an area available to place a photo of your property, the clubhouse, or even staff members. A monthly Puget Sound photo will serve as a placeholder until you decide to change it.

We have a section to include staff information, important phone numbers, office hours, and clubhouse hours on the left margin of each issue. This gives residents a quick referral to information that they could use throughout the month.

There is an area set aside for a statement or important message from the apartment manager. The Manager's Notes section receives extra attention and can highlight upcoming events, early bird drawings, or any special brief memo that you would like communicated to your residents.
