Customization and Choices

The Apartment Bridge is a tool made available for you to use to effectively communicate with your apartment residents. The ordering process is undemanding and the ability to customize your apartment newsletter is even less difficult.

Each month, once you click the "Start Order" button, a standard apartment newsletter is created automatically. Now all of the choices become yours. Customize a little or customize a lot, the option is yours to make. We know that some apartment managers will want to zip through and finish in 46 seconds and others will spend 46 minutes personalizing, adding articles and apartment property relevant information. That is why we created the system to accommodate all users.

Through the online ordering system, you will be able to include your own articles. There are 12 to 16 articles provided that you can choose to include, or edit and include, in your monthly newsletter. The articles vary in topics, but always include apartment relevant selections. Seasonal and local articles of interest are always available as well.
